I always wanna play in a detailed, carefully decorated house, even at the very beginning. I hope this pack will be useful for some of you guys too. I challenged myself to make them, because nice starters under $20,000 were really lacking in my game.
It is uploaded by request, but I built each one of the houses for personal use. This is a group of different 1x1 starter lots designed for single sims (and/or couples).
